瘢痕疙瘩和增殖性瘢痕角朊细胞VEGF的表达 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨瘢痕疙瘩和增殖性瘢痕中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及其意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学染色技术,以正常皮肤和正常瘢痕作对照,观察了瘢痕疙瘩和增殖性瘢痕中VEGF的表达。结果:瘢痕疙瘩和增殖性瘢痕角朊细胞均有大量VEGF表达,阳性细胞主要位于基底层,染色颗粒在细胞质内,真皮层少见阳性细胞。而正常皮肤和正常瘢痕中VEGF的表达均较弱,与瘢痕疙瘩或增殖性瘢痕比较均有显著差异。结论:瘢痕疙瘩和增殖性瘢痕基底层的角朊细胞大量VEGF表达,它可能与瘢痕疙瘩和增殖性瘢痕的形成密切相关。 Objective: To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in keloids and hypertrophic scars. Methods:With immunohistochermistry technique, the expression of VEGF in 12 keloids and 10 hypertrophic scars was investigated, and the normal skins from 10 blepharoplasty patients, the normal scars from 10 scar-excision patients served as controls. Results: The expression of VEGF on keratinocytes in keloids and hypertrophic scars was higher than controls (normal scars or normal skins). The positive cells were almost on hasal layer in epidermis, and there were rare positive cells in dermis. Conclusion:There is enhanced expression of VEGF on hasal cells in keloids and hypertrophic scars, and it may play a role in the formation of keloid and hypertrophic scar.
