摘要 甲状腺激素类似物是一类新兴药物，通过与甲状腺激素受体选择性结合，在特定组织中发挥拟甲状腺激素作用，尤其在降血脂和能量代谢方面。本文主要介绍了靶向特异的甲状腺激素类似物在临床前动物实验和临床试验的研究进展及应用前景。 Thyroid hormone analogues belong to a novel class of agents, which exert thyromimetic actions by selectively binding to thyroid hormone receptors, especially in the aspects of lipid lowering and calorigenesis. This review focuses on the research and application of selective thyroid hormone analogues in animal experiments and clinical trials.
