摘要 目的探讨优化体位设计和规范化投照技术操作对全数字化乳腺X线摄影图像质量的影响,并总结提高图像质量的方法。方法对我院2010年9月—2011年11月进行双侧乳腺钼靶X线检查的800例女性临床资料进行回顾性分析,对获取的3200幅全数字化乳腺X线摄影图像进行观察,评价图像质量。结果 3200幅乳腺X线片中,甲级片2964幅(92.6%),其中头尾位(CC)位1470幅(45.9%),内外侧斜位(MLO)位1494幅(46.7%);乙级片236幅(7.4%),其中CC位130幅(4.1%),MLO位106幅(3.3%);无废片。结论全数字化乳腺X线摄影过程中,规范的投照体位结合正确乳房压迫的实施,使体位设计最优化,可全面提高摄取图像的质量。 Objective To explore the influence of technical points of standardized procedures such as the optimization de- sign of postures and photography technology and summarize methods for improving the mammographical quality. Methods Retro- spective analysis of clinical data of 800 cases with bilateral mammary glands molybdenum target X-ray photography during September 2010 and November 2011 in our hospital was conducted, and 3200 images of the full digital mammary gland X-ray photography were observed and the image quality was evaluated. Results Among the 3200 images of the full digital mammary gland X-ray photogra- phy of this study, there were 2964 (92.6%) images in the first class which included CC 1470 (45.9%), MLO 1494 (46.7%) ; and 236 (7.4%) images in the second class photographs respectively, including CC 130 (4.1% ). There were 236 (7.4%) images in the second class which included CC 130 (4. 1% ) and MLO 106 (3.3%). There was no disuse among the 3200 images. Conclu- sion Application of standardized procedures of posture combined with appropriate pressure of breast can optimize the quality of full field digital mammography and improve the efficiency of the examination.
