摘要
产业链整合战略是企业获得市场势力、扩大市场范围的有效途径,企业内部和外部的诸多因素在进行产业链整合的过程中都将发生变化。本文研究了我国企业实施产业链整合战略的组织结构选择,提出当企业进行产业链整合后,应当如何进行动态调整其组织结构来进行匹配,以获得最佳的整合效益,并以中集集团为例对该研究主题进行了更为深入分析,进一步阐述了产业链整合战略与组织结构的关系。
Integration strategy of industrial chain is the effective approach to achieve market power and enlarge market scope.While companies integrate industrial chain,the inside and outside factors will change.This paper investigates linkages between integration of industrial chain and organization structure,and examines how to select the right organization structure to fit the integration of industrial chain and to gain the best integrated benefit.Based on this,the paper also expatiates the relationship between integration of industrial chain and organization structure through case study of CIMC.
