摘要
从生态学的角度,本文利用共生理论对产业技术创新战略联盟的本质进行探析,在此基础上分析产业技术创新战略联盟运行过程中的难点,并提出推进重庆市产业技术创新战略联盟机制与体制的建议及具体措施。
In this paper,we explore substantive characteristics of the Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance based on symbiosis theory,and point out the difficulties in the process of operating the ITISA,then give suggestion and specific measures of improving the mechanisms and system of the ITISA in Chongqing.
