摘要
目前工程中对可靠性评估只考虑一个典型任务剖面,且不区分分系统的工作时间,这种计算模型对最后的结果会造成偏差。本文提出了基于实验数据的复杂系统可靠性评估模型,该模型综合考虑了多任务剖面,多任务阶段和多个分系统。在此基础上,对可靠性评估流程进行描述,给出关键步骤中数学模型。最后通过一个典型案例,验证了该模型的合理性和适用性。
Currently, the typical mission profile is only used to evaluate the reliability in projects. This method does not consider the working duration time of each subsystem, which results in the final deviation. In this paper, the reliability assessment model of complex system based on experimental data was proposed which considerd the multitasking profiles, multitasking stage, and the multiple subsystems. This paper also gave a description of the reliability assessment steps including the mathematic model in the critical steps. Finally, according to a typical case, the assessment model was proved to be reasonable and usable.
