摘要 本文介绍了研制的一种新型周浸循环腐蚀试验箱,该试验机采用可编程控制器控制试验箱的运行,实现了对试验条件的自动高精度控制,同时还能对试验数据进行自动采集和记录,大大提高了设备的运行稳定性,试验数据的可重复性好。本文主要对该试验机的组成、主要控制原理做了简单介绍。 This paper introduced a new type of alternate immersion cyclic corrosion tester which was developed. The tester was controlled by programmed logic controller automatically and could collect and record the test data by PLC. The tester' s reliability was greatly enhanced and the experiment data repeat capability was good. This paper introduced the tester' s component and control method mainly.
