基于农校对接的物流运作模式研究

课题从我国"农校对接"物流运作的必要性出发,引入了供给方+物流方+需求方的"农校对接"物流运作模式,结合"高校农产品采购的特点"以及"物流组织化程度"这二维指标,对农校对接物流运作模式进行细分。指出了"农校对接"物流运作中存在着物流需求不连续、物流运作效率不高、信息化程度低和冷链物流不足等缺点,提出加强政府的政策引导,建立稳固的"农校对接"关系;注重农校对接物流运作管理,提高"农校对接"物流运作效率;拓宽"农校对接"信息化平台,提高"农校对接"物流信息化程度;建立多元化投资机制,大力发展冷链物流等有针对性的建议,并完善了"农校对接"物流运作模型。

Then, the paper proposed targeted recommendations. We should strengthen the Government＇s policy guidance, and establish a solid relationship with the agricultural school docking; focus on the Logistics operation management of agricultural school docking to improve the operation efficiency; broaden the information technology platform of the agricultural school docking to improve the level of information; establishes a diversified investment mechanism and vigorously develop the cold chain Logistics.
