摘要
随着市场对竞争和效率要求的不断提高,产业结构调整和产业升级的步伐不断加快,企业物流外包成为趋势,政府也及时出台一系列的物流政策,来帮助企业加速产品流通。在此背景下,第三方物流企业与制造企业和商贸企业应加强联动,通过专业化的分工,达到共同发展。文中对邮政物流与戴尔的营销过程和运营过程的联动发展所进行的分析,对区域物流经济发展及物流项目管理等具有一定的参考价值。
With the improving requirement of the competition and efficiency from the market, many enterprises are entering to industrial strusture's adjustment and upgrade period. Thus,logistics outsourcing is becoming the trend. Meanwhile, the government also issue a series of logistics policies in a timely fashion to help enterprises to speed up product circulation. Under this circumstance, the third party logistics enterprise should strengthen the linkage with manufacturing companies and business enterprise through the specialized division to accomplishing joint development. This paper analyses the joint development of marketing and operating process between China Post Logistics and Dell. It has the certain reference value to economic improvement of the regional logistics. Moreover, it is also useful to the logistics' project management.
