随着我国物流产业的快速发展,许多煤炭企业开始转型为物流企业并得到了迅速发展。在煤炭物流企业的发展中,不可避免的面临着各种风险,包括外部的风险和企业内部的风险。这些风险中有物流企业共同面临的,也有煤炭物流企业独有的风险,文中希望能够比较全面的分析煤炭物流企业面临的风险,并提出对策,以利于企业在发展过程中避免风险或降低风险的损失,使企业发展壮大。

With the rapid development of China＇s logistics industry, many coal enterprise began to shift to logistics enterprise and get the quick development. In the coal logistics enterprise development, the coal logistics enterprise will face all sorts of risks inevitable, including the risk of external and internal risk. Some of those risks is which all logistics enterprise must to face, some risks is coal logistics enterprise unique risk, this paper hopes to be able to compare a comprehensive analysis of coal logistics enterprise risks, puts forward the countermeasures, so as to help the enterprise in the development process to avoid the risk or will loss, make the enterprise development and expansion.
