摘要
文中在对条形码技术及RFID识别技术的研究上,结合啤酒制造业大批量、单一产品的生产特点,设计研究了以条形码技术与RFID识别模式为基础的物流监控系统。在啤酒生产线上形成条码的打印、采集,并在码垛机后,系统赋予托板一个流水号,流水号捆绑了该托板上的成品物流条码,形成批量读取的物流监控系统,从而克服了传统单个条码逐一读取造成的效率低下的情况。
Studied on the Bar code and RFID technology, combining the character of mass lot and unitary product in the Beer Industry, this article researched and designed a Logistics Monitoring System which based in Bar code and RFID technology. Print and collect the Bar code information in the line of the beer industry, the LMS give the pallet a serial number which binding the Bar code of beer cartons after the hacking machine, engender the batch reader, as a result, get over the low efficient of the traditional Bar code read one by one.
