摘要
文中拟为某肉制品公司新建一个火腿类肉制品加工厂区,由于肉制品生产工艺流程和加工对象的特殊性,文中在布局时主要考虑卫生因素、物流因素和冷热因素,应用SLP方法对该加工厂区进行物流和非物流分析,形成作业单位综合相互关系图。然后,应用因素评价法对两个可行方案进行评价,从中选出最优方案。
This article intends to create a new ham class meat processing plant area for a meat company. As the particularity of the meat production process and the processing object, we mainly consider health factors, logistics factors and hot and cold factors in the layout in this paper. The method of SLP is applied to analyze the logistics and non-logistics relationships for this plant area, integrating the two relationships, then ,these two plans are compared by factor evaluation method., and then the final design is obtained.
