电信器材配送的集约化升级研究——以广东省通信产业服务有限公司为例

Intensive Upgrade of Telecommunications Equipment Distribution——A Case Study of Communications Services Co.,Ltd.of Guangdong Province

通过研究广东省通信产业服务有限公司电信器材的物流配送模式及流程管理与信息控制,发现了存在信息不对称、需求应急处理迟缓等问题。针对这些问题,结合集约化升级内涵,提出了若干建议。

By studying the logistics distribution mode, process management and information control of telecommunications equipment in Communications Services Co., Ltd. of Guangdong Province, we found it＇s information is asymmetry and demand for emergency treatment is slow and other problems. To solve these problems, combing with intensive upgrade implication, we proposed a number of recommendations.
