摘要
由于现在计算机技术和网络技术的飞速发展,使网络购物逐渐取代实物购物成为当下最为流行的购物方式,网络购物的优势有方便快捷、价格便宜、种类丰富,但由于我国相关法律法规的欠缺和一些制度的不完善,在网上购物的同时还面临着一些风险。
With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, Online shopping is gradually replaced in-kind shopping and become the most popular way to shop. The advantages of online shopping is not only to facilitate the accounting, but also cheaper and more varieties. However, as a result of the lack of relevant laws and regulations and several imperfect system in China, We are facing some potential risks when we are shopping online.
