企业战略是企业在市场竞争中为了谋求生存和持久的竞争优势,根据内外条件做出的面向未来和全局的筹划和谋略。制定和实现战略目标的方案可能很多,战略决策者必须对这些方案进行评价和比较,从中选择出最适合本企业发展要求的战略。
Abstract: The corporate strategy is defined as a future planning or an overall trick made for enterprise' s survival and its sustainable competitive advantages in the market according to internal and external conditions. Facing to many plannings and tricks that are made for achieving strategic objectives, strategic decision-makers must evaluate and compare these strategies in order to find the most suitable one for the development of enterprise.
