基于国家三网融合的发展战略,上海电信推出了魔屏等视频业务。用户通过魔屏终端,收看IPTV等视频类节目,实现三网的互动。由于传统的视频传输方式无法承载大容量的视频流接入,因此必须通过CDN平台的应用部署,实现视频流媒体文件的分发,分散业务流量,降低网络承载的压力。从而实现魔屏终端的直播、点播功能。
