高职院校经管类专业顶岗实习过程管理研究

Research Based On the Process Management of Post Practice for Economic and Management Specialty of Higher Vocational & Technical College

高职院校经管类专业的顶岗实习对于专业人才培养来说是一项重要而又复杂的工作,对于顶岗实习的管理既要重视结果,更要重视其过程。文中分析了经管类专业顶岗实习过程管理的现状及存在的问题,认为其症结主要在与缺乏过程管理体系及相应的管理机制,然后针对性的提出了构建过程管理体系、加强校内外的沟通与合作等过程管理对策。

It＇s an important and complicated work for professional training, that is process management of post practice for economic and management specialty of higher vocational ＆ technical college. We should not only attach importance to the results, more attention should be paid to the process. This paper analyzes present situation and the existence question of Post Practice for economic and management specialty, and thinks the key reason in lack of process management system and corresponding management mechanism. Then this paper proposed some countermeasures, includes constructing process management system, strengthen communication and cooperation.
