基于引文分析的高校图书馆外文期刊采访策略

Strategy in Foreign Language Periodicals Acquisition of Academic Libraries Based on Citation Analysis

以引文分析为理论基础,选择被SCI收录的北京航空航天大学机械学科的学术论文为研究对象,对论文的期刊分布及引文的来源刊物分布规律进行分析,并结合该校图书馆期刊采访的实际工作及期刊影响因子,探讨外文期刊的优先保障级别,进而通过纸质采购、电子版订阅、数据库订购等多种形式,最优地保障读者的文献需求,以确定外文期刊的采访策略。

This paper used citation analysis as the theoretical basis to choose the academic papers of BUAA mechanical disciplines who are indexed by SCI database as the study object. It analyzed the distribution of journal papers and the distribution of the source of citation, combined the journal interview actual work of BUAA Library and journal impact factors and investigated the priority guarantee level of foreign periodicals, so as to protect the needs of readers＇ literature to determine the interview strategy of foreign periodicals through paper-based purchasing, electronic subscription, subscription databases and other means.
