摘要
异丁醛主要来源于丙烯与合成气羰基化反应制正丁醛的副产物,产量很少,难以满足日益增长的需求,严重限制了异丁醛相关产业的发展。
The one-step synthesis of isobutyraldehyde from methanol and ethanol over a Fe modified V2O5 (Fe-V) catalyst prepared by a citric acid method was studied. Under the same reaction conditions, 59.0% ethanol conversion and 17.7% isobutyraldehyde selectivity were obtained over V2O5 catalyst, and 8.5% ethanol conversion was achieved on Fe203 catalyst. However, by using the Fe-V catalyst, the conversion of ethanol and the selectivity to isobutyraldehyde increased to 84.2% and 43.4%, respectively. It was indicated that Fe could improve the activity of V205 catalyst. The XRD, TPR and SEM results showed that both the reduction temperature and the particle size of the Fe-V catalyst were lowered and Fe0.12V2O5.16 phase formed due to the addition of Fe, which led to the increases of the ethanol conversion and isobutyraldehyde selectivity.
