Occupational Quality Cultivation of Higher Vocational Students

塑造高职生良好的职业素质是当前职业技术院校的首要任务。根据学生特点,结合本校实际,对高职生职业素质存在的问题进行了分析、归纳,提出了相应的培养策略和途径,旨在为高职生职业素质培养提供一些新的思路和方法。

It is primary task to cultivate students＇ occupational quality in higher vocational colleges. In accordance with current situation of our college and our students, this paper analyzes and generalizes quality problems of higher vocational students, raises out cultivation strategies and paths, intending to provide new thoughts and methods to do such cultivation.
