高职院校毕业生就业现状研究

Research on Current Employment of Higher Vocational Graduates

2011年全国普通高校毕业生近达660万人,比去年增加约30万人。加上往年大量没有实现就业的大学生,今年需要就业的大学毕业生人数再创历史新高。而当前我国的经济结构现状还是以劳动密集型产业为主体,其吸纳高层次人才就业的能力和空间有限,因此,2011年毕业的大学生将面临着巨大的压力,尤其对高职院校的毕业生将带来更严峻的挑战。

China＇s overall college graduates are almost 6.6 million in 2011, 300 thousand more than 2010. Combined with unemployed in previous years, population of to- be- employed graduates has reached a historic high this year. As the current labor intensive economic structure has a limited ability to absorb high- level talents, 2011 college graduates, higher vocational graduates in particular, will be faced with enormous pressure.
