摘要
罗布麻纤维作为一种天然新型功能性纺织材料,应用价值很高但可纺性差.根据罗布麻纤维纺纱过程存在的纤维间抱合力小的缺陷,对罗布麻纤维进行等离子体改性处理,通过正交实验分析确定最佳处理条件,提高了纤维间的摩擦抱合力,为进一步改善罗布麻纤维的可纺性提供一定的理论基础.
As a natural new functional textile material, apocynum venetum fiber has high application value but poor spinnability. Plasma modification was used for apocynum venetum fiber to improve its poor spinnability in spinning. The best reaction conditions were selected by analyzing the experiment conclusion to obtain high friction cohesion force. The study provides a theoretical basis in advancing apocynum fibers spinnability.
