摘要
目的 :分析研究注射剂产品可见异物不合格率高的主要影响因素,并摸索可控化管理方法。方法 :运用精益生产和风险管理理念,在企业的管理实践中,建立精益生产运作系统。结果 :实施精益生产运作系统后成品的可见异物漏检率降低,成品率得到了提高。结论 :企业产品的可见异物市场抽检全部达标,实现了可控化管理。
Objective： To study the main factors affecting a higher failure rate of visible particles in injection products, and explore the controllable management method. Methods： A lean production system in the practice of enterprise management was established by using the concept of lean production and risk management. Results： The missing rates of visible particles in the injections were reduced and the yields of the products were increased. Conclusion： The sampling of visible particles in the injection products all reached the standard in market measuring and realized the controllable management.
