运动想象疗法结合高压氧治疗颅脑损伤康复期患者的效果观察

Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Motor Imagery on Patients with Brain Injury during Recovery

目的观察康复期颅脑损伤患者高压氧治疗配合运动想象疗法的效果。方法将66例康复期颅脑损伤患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各33例,两组均在常规药物治疗下行高压氧治疗,治疗组在高压氧治疗同时给予运动想象疗法,比较两组治疗前后肌力、治疗效果。结果两组治疗30次后,治疗组肌力分级和治疗效果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高压氧治疗中配合运动想象疗法能提高颅脑损伤患者的肌力和治疗效果。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen（HBO） combined with motor imagery on patients with brain injury during recovery.Methods Sixty-six brain injury patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,33 in each.Patients in both groups were given routine medical treatment and HBO,while motor imagery training was applied in treatment group additionally.The treatment effect and muscle strength were observed before and after 30 times of treatment of both groups.Results After thirty times hyperbaric oxygen treatment,the effect of treatment group was better than that of control group,which indicated significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Therapy of HBO combined with motor imagery training is effective for patients with brain injury during recovery.
