摘要 报道了利用激光二极管(LD)端面泵浦Nd∶YVO4+KTP晶体组件,在没有插入任何选频元件情况下得到532 nm单频绿光输出的实验研究。论文从非线性晶体的光谱接受带宽、增益介质的增益带宽和非线性转换效率等方面综合分析,利用激光器在增益和非线性转换效率较大时,处于非线性晶体光谱接受带宽范围内的、与增益曲线中心频率相邻的其他纵模由于其与中心频率处振荡纵模的和频作用,增加其非线性损耗从而被抑制的原理,在LD工作电流为900 mA时得到66 mW波长为532 nm的单频绿光输出,稳定性为0.99%。实验结果表明,该结构类型激光器提供了实现高稳定性、小功率、低成本单频激光器的一种有效方法。 An experimental research of laser diode(LD)end-pumped crystal component Nd∶ YVO4+KTP is reported.In the case of without inserting any frequency selector,the 532 nm single frequency laser output is obtained.Considering the nonlinear spectral bandwidth,gain bandwidth and nonlinear conversion efficiency,the nonlinear loss of the non-oscillating modes that in the range of nonlinear spectral bandwidth will be increased via the SFG(sum-frequency generation)process,which prevent them from oscillating.Based on this theory,with 900 mA LD working current,66 mW single frequency 532 nm laser is obtained.Stability is better than 0.99%.The experimental results show that this structure type of laser provides an effective method for high stability and low-cost single frequency lasers.
