摘要
通过对红外辐射特性的理论分析和实验测试,提出了一种基于红外图像计算装备车辆温度场模型的方法。首先通过红外热像仪拍摄特定时刻的装备车辆特定部位的红外图像,并获取温度参数,然后通过温度-辐射度、辐射度-温度两个演算步骤,即可求出任意情况下装备车辆特定部位的温度。最后,计算仿真实验表明,采用本文方法的计算结果与红外热像仪测量结果相吻合,且精度较高,并且该方法也可以用于任何目标的红外辐射特性。
An algorithm of temperature model based on infrared image is proposed.Firstly,the infrared image in special time is collected by infrared thermograph,and the temperature is obtained.Secondly,the temperature of the vehicle′s special part in any time is gathered through two calculation processes which are temperature to radiation conversion and radiation to temperature conversion.Experimental results show that the results are consistent with the practical measured results and have high operational precision.The method also can be applied to other fields.
