反思日记法在《产科护理学》实践教学中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨书写反思日记教学法在《产科护理学》实践教学中的应用效果。方法将我校2008级、2009级助产专业261名学生分为对照组177名和观察组144名,对照组以传统实践教学方法(教师讲解示教,学生模拟练习)为主进行授课,观察组在传统实践教学方法的基础上融入书写反思日记教学法进行授课。结果通过书写反思日记教学法进行实践授课后,观察组实践考试成绩、成绩优秀率(85分以上人数所占比率)明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在《产科护理学》实践教学中应用书写反思日记教学法效果好,提高了学生产科护理实践能力,有助于学生综合素质的提高,值得在实践教学中加以推广、应用。 Objective To explore the effect of reflective journal on the practice teaching of Obstetrics Nursing. Methods A total of 261 midwifery majors were divided into control group, in which students received traditional practice teaching and experiment group, in which reflective journal writing combined with traditional practice teaching was provided. Results Students in experiment group performed better in the test than those in control group did and there was higher excellence rate in experiment group as well (P〈0.01). Conclusion Reflective journal writing in practice teaching of Obstetrics Nursing is beneficial to the improvement of students' obstetric nursing skill and their all-round quality development.
