摘要 目的探讨不同健康教育方式在术前宣教中的效果,以提高护理质量。方法将98例手术患者分为观察组和对照组,分别进行术前宣教。对照组采用传统方法:一对一进行术前宣教,在做术前准备时即进行宣教工作。观察组在此基础上,采用由点到面的宣教方法,手术前1 d下午将病区次日手术患者及家属集中,针对手术共性问题进行宣教。比较两组不同健康教育方式的效果。结果观察组在宣教知识掌握情况、对护理满意率等明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术前集中进行健康教育的方式,更有利于患者对疾病知识的掌握,提高护士工作效率,提高对护理工作的满意度。 Objective To explore effects of individual education and collective education before operation on patients with thyroid diseases and to improve nursing quality. Methods A total of 98 patients were divided into observation group and control group. Individual education was applied in control group, in observation group, collective education was applied on the base of individual education. Results Patients in observation group knew more about operation and were more satisfied with the nursing after the education (P〈0.05). Conclusion Collective education before operation is effective for improving patients' knowledge about the operation and nursing quality .
