摘要
利用正交设计方法,对影响因素三乙醇胺、多元醇M和多元醇N、三异丙醇胺设计试验,通过勃氏透气仪、激光粒度分析仪测试掺加助磨剂后水泥的比表面积和粒度分布,并测试水泥净浆强度,采用XRD,SEM测试方法,分析助磨机理,得到最优方案。结果表明:掺加适量助磨剂能够提高水泥颗粒的比表面积,使3~32μm粒径的颗粒增多,并能提高水泥石的强度;助磨剂掺量的最佳方案是:三乙醇胺掺量为0.025%,M和N的总掺量为0.020%,其中M:N为7:3,三异丙醇胺的掺量为0.015%,3d强度能够提高19.46%。
By orthogonal method, designed the experiment of influencing factors of triethanolamine, polyatomic alcohol M and poly- atomic alcohol N and triisopropanolamine, which composed the composite grinding aid. The specific surface area and particle size dis- tribution of the cement added grinding aid were tested by Boshi permometer and Automatic Laser Granularity Analyzer, and the strength of the cement pastewas tesed. By XRD and SEM testing method, the grinding aid mechanism was analysed to find out the best adding proportion. The results show that adding the grinding aid to cement can improve the specific surface area and make the particle of 3 - 32 μm more and improve the strength. The preferred plan was 0.025% triethanolamine, 0,020% polyatomic alcohol M and poly- atomic alcohol N(the proportion was 7:3) and 0.015% triisopropanolamine, and with which the 3d strength of cement could be in- creased by 19.46%.
