摘要
针对生产初期MLS4531A立磨出现的各种问题(如磨机漏风、磨内喷水系统堵喷嘴、磨盘料层不均匀、组合式旋风筒除尘效率低、入磨物料粒度大、选粉机分级选粉效率差等)进行了原因查找并针对性采取系列工艺优化改造措施。优代改造后,磨机台时产量由原360t/h提高到400t/h,生料细度0.2mm筛余由原4.5%降低到1.0%以下,从而保证了生料的产质量,为回转窑的安全连续运转提供了保障;同时也降低了系统电耗,实现了高产、优质、低消耗运行效率。
Aiming at the problems of MLS 4531A vertcial mill in initial days of production, as leaking air, blocking in water spray noz- zle, uneven material layer, low collection efficiency of combined cyclone, great partical size of feeding raw material and bad efficiency of separator, the reasons were checked and series of corresponding measures were taken. By the optimization, the output increased from 360 t/h to 400 t/h and the residue rate on 0.2 mm sieve decreased from 4.5% to 1.0%, which guaranteed the output and quality of raw material, and at the same time, power consumption of the system decreased which realized high output,super quality and low consump- tion running.
