广东省林业碳汇发展的思考

Forest carbon sequestration is the most effective way to address climate change. Developing forest carbon sequestration can mitigate and adapt to the climate change. It is also an important strategy for sus- tainable development of society. This paper illustrates some problems existing in forest carbon sequestration development in Guangdong Province, such as low forest quality, low standard of ：iorest ecological benefit compensation, etc.. Besides, the paper proposes some countermeasures, i. e. reinforcing publicity, establishing a unified carbon sequestration accounting and monitoring as to promote forest carbon sequestration development in system, strengthening scientific researches, etc. , so Guangdong Province.
