摘要
纳米颗粒作为润滑油添加剂用于金属磨损自修复得到了广泛研究。文章概述了常用的纳米材料在自修复方面的试验研究情况,分析了纳米材料的自修复机理。针对目前制备纳米添加剂存在的一些关键问题,重点介绍了等离子体辅助球磨技术。通过选择与润滑油适配的表面修饰剂,等离子体辅助球磨可以实现微粒细化与表面改性的同步完成。由于等离子体辅助球磨制备的纳米颗粒具有大批量、高活性、分散性好的特点,该技术在船舶动力装置的维修与再制造领域将有广阔的应用前景。
Nanoparticles have been extensively studied as lubricant additive for the wore metal surface self-re-pairing. In this paper, research on the self-repairing by common nanoparticles was reviewed, and the self-repai-ring mechanism was summarized. For the key problems in preparing nanoparticles additiw,s, high energy ballmill-ing assisted by plasma was especially introduced. After selection of suitable surface modifier, refinement and sur-face modification of the particles can be completed synchronously during plasma assisted ball-milling. It has a bright future for plasma assisted ball-milling to perform in the area of marine power plant repairing and remanufac- turing because nanoparticles with high activity and stable dispersion can be synthesised in large quantities by this new method.
