全氟辛酸对小鼠肝脏相关酶系的影响

摘要 目的:观察全氟辛酸对小鼠肝脏相关酶系的影响。方法:将小鼠随机分为4组,分别为空白组、1/16LD50、1/8LD50和1/4LD50组,染毒14 d后采用试剂盒法测定肝组织匀浆中琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和血清中单胺氧化酶(MAO)含量的变化。结果:染毒组肝组织中SDH活性显著低于空白组(P<0.01),随染毒剂量增加呈递减趋势;染毒组血清中LDH和MAO活性显著高于空白组(P<0.01)。随染毒剂量增加呈递增趋势。结论:全氟辛酸通过损伤肝细胞线粒体,破坏能量代谢,进而损伤肝组织,可致肝坏死。 AIM: To investigate the effects of PFOA on relevant enzymes department in liver of mice. Methods: Mice were divided into 4 groups randomly, the control group, 1/16LD50, 1/8LD50, 1/4LD50 After exposure for 14d, succinate dehydrogenase(SDH), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), Monoamine oxidase(MAO) were measured by the method of reagent's directions. Results: Activity of SDH in the model group were lower remarkably than those in the control group(P 〈 0.01 ), and decreased in a dose-dependent way. Activity of LDH and MAO in the model group were higher remarkably than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ) , and increased in a dosedependent way. Conclusion: PFOA induced liver injury by damaging Mitochondria and energy decompensation, finally caused liver necrosis.
