黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁症临床疗效

Clinical effects of deanxit on post-stroke depression

目的:探讨黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁症(PSD)患者的临床疗效。方法:选择脑卒中后抑郁症患者60例,随机分为实验组30例和对照组30例,对照组仅予脑卒中常规治疗,实验组在此基础上加用黛力新口服,治疗4周,观察两组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、临床神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)评分及经颅多普勒脑血流情况。结果:实验组与对照组比较,抑郁症状明显改善(汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分有显著差异)、神经功能恢复良好(临床神经功能缺损程度评分有显著差异)及经颅多普勒脑血流情况明显改善,且无明显副作用。结论:黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁症临床疗效佳,可同时改善脑卒中患者的精神及身体状态,无明显副作用,适于临床应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of deanxit on post-stroke depression（PSD）.Methods： 60 patients with post-stroke depression were equally randomized into two groups,deanxit-treated group and the control group（conventional treatment）.Deanxit was administered for 4 weeks in addition to conventional treatment.The scores both of Hamilton Depression scale（HAMD） and of the degree of neurological deficits（NIHSS） were measured,and transcranial Doppler cerebral blood flow was evaluated in the meantime.Results： There were significant differences in Hamilton Depression Rating Scale scores and clinical neurological deficit scores between the two groups（P〈0.05）,suggesting that depressive symptoms and neurological function were improved more greatly for deanxit-treated group than for the control group.Transcranial Doppler cerebral blood flow was also markedly enhanced.No obvious adverse effects of deanxit was observed.Conclusion： Deanxit is indicated to post-stroke depression for its satisfying clinical effects.
