摘要
目的:了解更年期妇女认知功能相关影响因素。方法:对门诊更年期妇女进行问卷调查,包括成套神经心理学功能测验、更年期综合征Kupperman量表评分;放射免疫法测定更年期妇女和正常育龄期妇女雌性激素水平。数据采用t检验、直线相关及偏相关分析。结果:更年期妇女血清LH、FSH水平高于正常育龄行经妇女,血清E2水平低于正常育龄行经妇女,差异均具有统计学意义。更年期妇女雌二醇水平与连线测试B用时、连线测试A用时均呈负相关;偏相关分析显示,对受教育年限固定后,更年期妇女的年龄与知识、算术得分正相关。对年龄固定后,受教育年限与数字广度得分、逻辑记忆得分、视觉记忆得分呈正相关,受教育年限与Stroop彩色文字阅读(Stroop-C)用时、木块图得分、连线测试A、B用时以及威斯康辛分类(WSCT)总错误数、连续错误数呈负相关。结论:更年期妇女认知水平受雌二醇水平、教育水平、年龄等因素影响。
Objective :To know about the influencing factors of the menopausal females's cognitive function.Methods: Questionnaire sur- vey was conducted among menopausal females receiving outpatient services.The questionnaire included a set of cognitive function test and Kup- perman Index.The serum estrogen level of menopausal females and normal childbearing women was detected by radioimnlunoassay.The data was analyzed by t-test, the linear correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis. Results:The menopausal females had higher level of FSH and LH than normal females but with lower level of E2,and the distinctions were statistically significant. Trail making test (TMT)-A total time and TMT-B total time had a negative correlation with the estradiol levels of the menopausal females. The results of partial correlation showed that, menopausal females with same education level had a positive correlation between age and their knowledge and arithmetic score;menopausal fe- males with same age showed a positive correlation between education and their digital span,loglcal memory, visual memory, while education had a negative correlation with Stroop-C total time, block diagram score,TMT-A,TMT-B total time,WSCT total response error and repeated re- sponse error. Conclusion:The cognition function of menopausal female was affected by estradiol level,education and age.
