摘要
目的:探讨健康教育对精神疾病伴发高血压患者遵医行为的影响。方法:对52例精神疾病伴发高血压患者用问卷调查方法进行评估,在专人负责下制定出教育内容,进行健康教育。结果:52例患者在进行健康教育后,患者遵医行为和对高血压相关知识知晓率均有显著提高,教育前后有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:健康教育能提高精神疾病伴发高血压患者遵医行为。
Objective：To explore the effect of health education on treatment compliance among patients of mental disorders with hypertension.Methods：52 cases of mental disorders with hypertension were evaluated by questionnaire survey. Results：After health education, there was a significant increase in treatment compliance and knowledge of hypertension （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Health education can improve the treatment compliance in mental disorders with hypertension.
