摘要
目的:分析浙江省县级结核病防治岗位人力资源配置情况,为结核病防治人力资源平衡发展提供建议。方法:通过结核病管理信息系统收集该省县级结核病防治岗位人力资源信息,运用描述性统计及卡方检验对各岗位人员性别、年龄、学历、职称以及从业年限等特征进行分析。结果:浙江省县级结核病防治岗位从业人员的数量与素质有了较大的提高。各岗位间人力资源配置存在一定不平衡。结核防治病人员普遍存在从业年限长,但从事结核病防治工作年限短等问题。结论:应重视各岗位间的均衡发展,加大对统计监测、健康教育、药品管理等岗位的投入,合理配置各岗位人员年龄、学历与职称结构,更好地为结核病防治工作服务。
Objective:To analyze human resource(HR) status among different TB prevention and control positions at county-level, and to provide suggestions for future HR development for TB control in Zhejiang Province. Methods:HR information was collected via the TB Information Management System annual report.The means of Statistical description and chi-square test were used to analyze the HR infor- mation among different positions,including sex,age,education,professional rank and years of work. Results:HR status was improved,but it was unbalanced among different positions of TB control.Staffs of some positions were young and high-educated, but their professional rank and work experience were limited. The staffs had long working experience but limited TB working experience. Conclusion:Coordinated HR development among TB control positions should be noticed. The positions of TB surveillance, health education and drug management should be strengthened. Age, education level and professional ranks of different positions should be rationally setting which would serve the TB control better.
