摘要 目的:探讨532nm绿激光对糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗效果。方法:对46例增殖前期及增殖期的糖尿病视网膜病变进行532nm绿激光光凝治疗。结果:两期治疗后视力改善及光凝治疗后FFA结果变化情况的比较,有显著性差异,PPDR疗效均明显优于PDR。结论:532nm绿激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效较好。 Objective.. To explore the curative effect of 532nm green laser photocoagulation on diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods;46 cases diagnosed with the proliferation of pre-and proliferation of diabetic retinopathy were treated by 532nm green laser photocoagulation. Results.. Between the two groups, there were significantly statistical difference in the improvement of visual acuity after treatment and FFA results after photocoagulation treatment changes (P〈0. 05), the efficacy of PPDR were significantly better than that of PDR period. Conclusion: 532nm green laser photocoagulation is obviously effective in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
