复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A治疗红皮病型银屑病的疗效观察

Efficacy of compound Glycyrrhizin and Acitretin on erythroderma psoriaticum

目的观察阿维A胶囊与复方甘草酸苷胶囊联合治疗红皮病型银屑病的临床疗效。方法 62例患者随机均分为两组,治疗组采用复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A治疗;对照组仅单用阿维A治疗。治疗8周后观察疗效。结果治疗组有效率(93.55%)明显高于对照组(80.65%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗红皮病型银屑病安全、有效,并可减少药物副作用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of compound Glycyrrhizin and Acitretin on erythroderma psoriaticum. Meth- ods Sixty-two patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The former was treated with com- pound Glycyrrhizim combined with Acitretin, while the latter only took Acitretin. After 8 weeks, we could observe the effi- cacy. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclu- sion The combination of compound Glycyrrhizin and Acitretin is effective and safe on treating erythroderma psoriaticum with unobvious side effect.
