急性脊髓炎的MRI诊断及鉴别

MRI diagnosis and differential in the treatment of acute myelitis

目的分析MRI在急性脊髓炎诊断及鉴别中的价值。方法选取我院18例经确诊为急性脊髓炎患者的MRI影像资料,分析MRI扫描后所见的特征。结果 18例急性脊髓炎患者的病变段脊髓均增粗,增粗程度略有不同,T1WI呈低信号,T2WI呈高信号;增强扫描结果显示,12例患者的病变区无明显强化,4例患者有细条状强化现象出现,2例患者有斑片状强化现象出现。结论根据急性脊髓炎的特征性MRI表现,并结合典型的临床表现,对急性脊髓炎作出诊断和鉴别。

Objective To analyze the MRI diagnosis and differential in the treatment of acute myelitis. Methods MRI imaging data of 18 patients in our hospital diagnosed as acute myelitis was analyzed by their characteristics. Results In all 18 cases of acute myelitis patients, spinal cord at the lesion site were thickened, and the thickening was somewhat differ- ent,T1WI showed low signal,T2WI showed high signal;enhanced scans showed 12 cases of lesions in patients with no en- hancement,thin strips to strengthen in 4 patient and patchy enhancement in 2 cases. Conclusion The diagnosis and iden- tify of acute myelitis is according to the characteristic of MRI performance, and combined with tvoical clinical nerformance.
