腹部超声检查对外伤引起脏器破裂的诊断

Diagnosis of organ rupture caused by abdominal trauma using abdominal ultrasonography

目的探讨腹部外伤造成内脏破裂的声像图特点,提高超声诊断速度与准确率。方法总结56例外伤引起腹腔脏器破裂的超声检查结果,并对声像图结果进行分析。结果腹部外伤内脏破裂有以下几个特点:①破裂脏器声像图有变化;②腹腔内存在积血;③空腔脏器破裂,腹腔内出现大量游离气体。内脏破裂超声检出46例(82.1%),腹腔出血52例(92.9%)。结论掌握腹部外伤脏器破裂的声像图特点,快速及时作出诊断,对临床医生的诊断和治疗具有重要价值。

Objective To investigate the uhrasonographic characteristics of organ rupture caused by abdominal trauma in order to improve the speed and accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis. Methods Ultrasonic testing results of 56 cases of organ rupture caused by abdominal trauma were summarized and their uhrasonographic results were analyzed. Results Organ rupture caused by abdominal trauma had the following characteristics： （1）ultrasonographic changes of ruptured organ; （2） Intra-abdominal hematocele ;（3）large amount of intra-abdominal free gas in hollow organ rupture. Forty-six cases （82.1%） of organ rupture were detected by ultrasound and 52 cases （92.9%） of abdominal hemorrhage were detected. Conclusion Understanding the ultrasonographic characteristics of organ rupture caused by abdominal trauma and fast and timely diag- nosis are of important value to the diagnosis and treatment of clinicians.
