原发性高血压患者居家口服降压药物治疗依从性的研究

目的分析原发性高血压患者居家口服降压药物治疗的依从性及其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的问卷对206例原发性高血压患者口服降压药物治疗依从性进行调查分析。结果通过调查发现其影响因素为:各种原因忘记口服降压药;对高血压的危害认识不足;害怕长期服药形成依赖性;害怕药物的毒副作用;经济条件能力不足等。结论高血压患者居家口服降压药物的依从性是由多项因素共同作用的结果,因此,选择个体化的治疗方案和经济的药物,提高高血压患者及其家属对疾病的认知度,采取行为治疗措施,可提高其服药依从性。

Objective To determine the compliance and infludence factors of patients with primary hypertension take anti- hypertensive drugs at home. Methods We investigated 206 patients with primary hypertension who take antihypertensive drugs at home to determine their compliance of using antihypertensive drugs at home by self-designed questionnaire. Re- suits From the investigation we found the influence factors such as： forgetting took antihypertensive drug with any reasons; inadequate understanding of the harm of hypertension;the fear of the formation of long-term drug dependence ;the fear of the side effects of drugs;insufficient economic conditions etc. Conclusion Mutiple factors could influcenee the compliance of patients with primary hypertension take antihypertensive drugs at home.In order to improve the compliance that the pa- tients took antihypertensive drugs, doctors should make individualized treatment plans and chose economic drugs. Improved the awareness of the patients and their family members to the harm of the disease the patients and their family members, took behavior treatment methods. We concluded that doctors could improve the compliance of patients with primary hyper- tension take antihypertensive drugs at home from the methods this article mentioned.
