头孢克肟胶囊治疗女性生殖系统淋球菌感染的效果观察

The clinical effect of cefixime capsules used for female patients with reproductive system infection of gonococcus

目的探讨头孢克肟胶囊治疗女性生殖系统淋球菌感染的临床效果。方法 150例生殖系统淋球菌感染女性作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组各75例。对照组给予头孢曲松钠治疗,实验组给予头孢克肟治疗。结果实验组痊愈率和总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05),半年复发率显著少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论头孢克肟胶囊用于治疗女性生殖系统淋球菌感染,安全性高,临床效果显著,值得临床考虑。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of cefixime capsules used for female patients with reproductive system infection of gonococcus. Methods One hundred and fifty cases of patients as studied objects were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Control group was given therapy of ceftriaxone, and experimental group was given therapy of cefixime. Results Cured rate and total effective rate of experimental group were significantly better than those of control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the recurred rate of half year was significantly less （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Cefixime capsules used for female patients with reproductive system infection of gonococcus, have high safety and good effect, and are de- served considering in clinical work.
