丹参注射液治疗妊娠晚期羊水过少临床研究

Clinical research on late pregnancy amniotic fluid less treatmented by compound Danshen injection

目的探讨采用复方丹参注射液治疗妊娠晚期羊水过少的临床疗效,改善羊水过少母婴预后。方法回顾性分析2009年12月～2011年12月我院妇产科采用复方丹参注射液治疗的68例妊娠晚期羊水过少患者的临床资料,并将同期采用羊膜腔灌注治疗的68例作患者为对照组,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组患者AFI为(7.69±0.52)cm,S/D比值为(1.87±0.29),对照组分别为(6.13±0.60)cm和(2.90±0.41),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(u值分别为12.270和15.552,P<0.01)。观察组发生胎儿窘迫9例,新生儿窒息12例,明显低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2值分别为15.290和22.720,P<0.01)。结论复方丹参注射液治疗妊娠晚期羊水过少疗效确切,值得临床进一步研究推广。

Objective To explore the compound danshen injection treatment late pregnancy the clinical curative effect of amniotic fluid too little, and improve the amniotie fluid too little maternal and infant prognosis. Methods Retrospective analysis from December 2009 to December 2011 the obstetrics and gynecology hospital compound danshen injection of 68 cases of late pregnancy treatment of patients with less amniotie fluid clinical material, and the same period in the amniotic cavity reperfusion of 68 patients were compared between the two groups the treatment effect of the patients. Results After treatment for patients with the observation group AFI （7.69±0.52） era, S/D for the ratio （1.87 ±0.29）, and the control group were （6.13±0.60） cm and （2.90±0.41）, comparative differences between groups were statistically significant （u value were 12.270 and 15.552, P 〈 0.01）. The observation group happened fetal distress 9 cases, neonatal suffocation 12 cases hap- pened, were significantly lower than the control group, and comparative differences between groups were statistically signif- icant （the ehi-square were 15.290 and 22.720, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Compound danshen injection treatment late pregnan- cy too little amniotie fluid have definite effect, and clinical further research promotion.
