损伤控制骨科技术在高龄多发性四肢骨折中的应用价值分析

The application value of damage control orthopedics in elderly patients with multiple limbs fractures

目的探讨损伤控制骨科技术在应用于救治高龄多发性四肢骨折患者中的临床价值。方法将60例高龄多发性四肢骨折患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用损伤控制骨科技术进行救治,对照组采用传统方法进行救治,观察两组患者的平均住院时间以及骨折愈合评分优良率。结果平均住院时间研究组为14.2 d,明显短于对照组17.2 d;骨折愈合评分优良率研究组为93.33%,明显高于对照组的70.00%。结论损伤控制骨科技术应用于救治高龄多发性四肢骨折患者有良好的临床价值,一方面可以显著缩短患者的住院时间,另一方面可以显著提高骨折愈合的质量,降低致残率及死亡率,因此值得进一步的推广使用及研究发展。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of damage control orthopedics applied in the treatment of elderly patients with multiple limbs fractures. Methods Sixty cases of senile patients with multiple limbs fractures were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group was treated with damage control orthopedic technology and the control group was treated with traditional methods of treatment, and the average length of stay and score excellent rates of fracture healing of two groups were observed. Results The average hospitalization time of study group （14.2 d） was significant- ly shorter than the control group （17.2 d）, and score excellent rate of study group was 93.33%, higher than that （70.00%） of control group. Conclusion Damage control orthopedics applied in the treatment of senile patients with multiple limbs frac- tures has good clinical value, and can significantly shorten the time of hospitalization and improve the quality of fracture healing, reduce the rate of disability and mortality, so it is worthy of further use and study.
