开化县健康体检人群静脉血血细胞22项参数参考值调查

Survey on the reference values of 22 venous blood cell parameters for health examination population in Kaihua county

目的对开化县健康体检人群静脉血血细胞22项参数参考值进行调查,建立参考范围。方法调查对象为2 017例来我院进行健康体检的人员,检测其静脉血,使用的仪器为五分类全自动血细胞分析仪。结果在调查人员中,血细胞大部分参数在性别不同、各年龄组间均具有显著的差异。其中差异性最大的为血小板,嗜碱粒细胞百分率的差异无显著性。结论对于开化县的静脉血血细胞参考范围的建立是非常有必要的,临床上应该注意血常规参考范围在不同的血源中具有不同的数值。

Objective To survey on Kaihua healthy people 22 venous blood cell parameters of reference and establish the reference range. Methods A total of 2017 cases were selected in our hospital, tested their blood with instruments classified as non-automatic blood cell analyzer. Results Most of the parameters in the blood cells of different gender, different age groups were significantly different. One of the biggest differences in platelet, basophil percentage difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion For the meridians Kaihua blood reference range of blood cells is necessary to establish the clinical reference range should be noted that blood in the blood of different sources have different values.
