检测患者血清半乳甘露聚糖用于曲霉菌感染诊断的应用评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价ELISA法检测血清半乳甘露聚糖(GM)抗原对曲霉菌感染的诊断价值。方法选取确诊感染病例组、疑似感染病例组、正常对照组为检测对象,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)测定各组血清中的曲霉菌半乳甘露聚糖抗原,计算各组的敏感性及特异性,病例组分别与正常对照组进行比较分析。结果 31例确诊病例中30例阳性,敏感性为96.77%;34例疑似病例中24例阳性,阳性率为70.59%;25例正常对照者中24例阴性,特异性为96%。两病例组与正常对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检测患者血清GM抗原对曲霉菌感染诊断有重要的临床价值,可以在临床上推广应用。 Objective To assess the diagnostic value of serum galactomannan (GM) antigen by ELISA in the infecting aspergillus. Methods The test subjects were divided into groups confirmed cases of infection, suspected cases of infection group, normal control group, Measured serum galactomannan antigen by ELISA, Calculated the sensitivity and specificity of each group, compared case group with the control group. Results Tirty-one cases of confirmed cases, 30 were positive, the sensitivity was 96.77%; 34 cases of 24 suspected cases in the positive, the positive rate was 70.59%;25 normal controls, 24 cases were negative, the specificity was 96%. there was significant difference between Case group and control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Detection of serum GM antigen of infecting aspergillus has important clinical diagnostic value, can be widely applied in clinical practice.
