CT在十二指肠乳头恶性肿瘤诊断中的应用

Application of CT in diagnosis of duodenal papilla carcinoma

目的总结CT诊断十二指肠乳头恶性肿瘤的影像学特点。方法2006年-2011年在我院治疗并经病理学确诊的十二指肠乳头恶性肿瘤患者14例，均有完整的CT检查结果，分析总结其CT影像学特征。结果CT显示有明显直接影像学改变者共9例。可疑改变者共3例，2例阴性。主要表现有十二指肠乳头处不均匀强化的不规则结节影。胆总管扩张明显。结论CT用于诊断十二指肠乳头恶性肿瘤可以确定肿瘤位置、大小、与周围组织的关系以及有无转移，可为临床医生判断肿瘤可切除性提供依据。

Objective To sum up imaging character of CT in diagnosis of duodenal papilla carcinoma. Methods From 2006 to 2011, 14 cases with duodenal papilla carcinoma diagnosed by pathology were treated in our hospital.The imaging character was analyzed and summarized. Results Nine cases had direct imaging change, three cases had suspicious change, and two cases was negative. The main imaging change was irregular nodules with inhomogeneous enhancement, choledoch expanded apparently. Conclusion Application of CT in diagnosis of duodenal papilla carcinoma can confirm the position, diameter, relationship with surrounding tissues, and invasion, can help doctor to judge resectable.
