宫内外复合妊娠1例的临床分析

Clinical research on 1 case of heterotopic pregnancy

为探讨宫内外复合妊娠的临床诊断与治疗,笔者在分析了本院1例宫内外复合妊娠病例资料并复习国内外文献报道后发现:自然受孕的复合妊娠发生率低。复合妊娠是临床易被漏诊而延误诊治的病理妊娠疾病,其临床表现与一般异位妊娠相似,超声检查有助于诊断,腹腔镜手术是最好的诊治手段。临床医师应加强生育期女性罹患本病的诊断意识,加强超声检测的准确度有助于该病的早期诊断,是避免发生异位妊娠破裂时对患者造成危害的关键。腹腔镜手术是安全的治疗方式,有利于宫内妊娠的继续存活。

To investigate the heterotopic pregnancy, in order to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment. After analyzing 1 case in our hospital and reviewing 38 cases from literature reports I found：Spontaneous heterotopic pregnancy is the rare coexistence of intrauterine and extrauterine gestation. It can always be delayed in clinical diagnosis and treatment.The clin- ical situation just like eetopic pregnancy. Uhrasonography conduce to diagnosis. Laparoscopie operation is the best means in diagnosis and treatment. So every clinician treating woman of reproductive age should be aware of the possibility of het- erotopic pregnancy. Enhance the accuracy of uhrasonography will do good for the early diagnosis,and can avoid the destructive consequence of the ruptured ectopic pregnancy. Laparoseopic operation is the safe treatment, and can minimize maternal complication and preserve the developing of intrauterine pregnancy.
