阿奇霉素联合布地奈德悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效分析

Analysis the efficacy of azithromycin combined with budesonide in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae

目的探讨阿奇霉素联合布地奈德悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效。方法 80例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予阿奇霉素静滴联合布地奈德雾化吸入,对照组给予红霉素及常规治疗,比较两组的临床症状体征的变化、总有效率及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞水平(EOS)的变化。结果治疗14天后,治疗组临床疗效的总有效率90%,明显高于对照组(65%),具有统计学差异(P<0.01);治疗组咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、退烧时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.001);治疗组外周血EOS明显下降,与对照组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论阿奇霉素联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎起效快、疗效显著,促进患者康复。

Objective To discuss the efficacy of azithromycin combined with budesonide in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae. Methods 80 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given with azithromycin combined with budesonide, and the control group was given with erythromycin and conventional treatment. The Clinical symptoms and signs, the total effective rate and EOS were compared between the two groups. Resuits Treatment after 14 days, the total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group, significantly higher than control group （65%）（P 〈 0.01 ）.The disappeared time of Cough, fever and lung＇s sound and in-hospital time in treatment group were shored than control group（P 〈 0.001 ）. The EOS was significantly declined in treatment group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Azithromycin combined with budesonide has obvious efficacy in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniaet, and promote patients recover.
